An Affair to Remember Drinks
Cucumber Mojito
(serves one)
3 ounces vodka
½ ounce sour mix or lemonade
Muddle in bottom of glass: ¾ ounces simple syrup
4-5 slices cucumber
6 medium mint leaves
Add vodka/sour mix
Shake and strain
Add cucumber slice and mint leaf to garnish
Screaming Pirate
(serves one)
1-½ ounces Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
7-Up (or lemon/lime soda) to fill glass
Garnish with lemon and lime
Razzle Dazzle
(serves one)
1 ½ ounces vodka
½ ounce Chambord Liqueur
Add club soda to fill glass
Garnish with lemon twist and raspberry
Lemon Drop
(serves one)
1 ½ ounces vodka
2 ounces sour mix
Sugar rim of glass and add lemon drop
Key Lime Pie Shooter
(serves 4)
1-ounce key lime juice
4 ounces sweetened condensed milk
4 ounces heavy cream
2 ounces vodka
Rim glass with graham cracker crumbs
Garnish with whipped cream
